These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luky22 ("luky22", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the luky22 online casino, sportsbook, and associated services available at luky22.app and any related mobile applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the luky22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the luky22 Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the luky22 platform immediately. luky22 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Access to and use of the luky22 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of account activity:

luky22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to any activity that triggers a KYC review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.

To access luky22 services, players must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one luky22 account. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your luky22 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. luky22 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify luky22 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Contact details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information, including your mobile number and email address, up to date. luky22 is not responsible for failed communications arising from outdated contact details.

luky22 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on luky22 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may vary and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Accepted payment methods: luky22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency methods. luky22 does not accept cash, cheque, or third-party payment sources.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. All bonus wagering requirements applicable to your account balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal request involving bonus funds can be processed.

luky22 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default multiplier of 30x applies to bonus funds.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Abuse prevention: luky22 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse, irregular wagering patterns, or collusion is detected. This includes patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent.
• Maximum bonus bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rs 500, unless higher limits are explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

luky22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be withdrawn mid-validity period for players who have already opted in and commenced wagering.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the luky22 platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and instant-win titles. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only deemed accepted once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated by the luky22 system. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues or system errors are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. luky22 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts or markets.
• Obvious errors: luky22 reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, system error, or data feed failure. Such voids will be processed at the original stake and no winnings will be paid.
• Settled bets: Once a bet has been settled by luky22, the result is final. Queries regarding settled bets must be submitted to the support team within 7 days of the settlement date.
• Cricket and PSL specific rules: For cricket betting, match result bets require a minimum of the specified number of overs to have been bowled for the bet to stand. Detailed PSL and international cricket betting rules are published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luky22 platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the conduct listed below will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during registration or KYC
• Operating more than one luky22 account, whether under the same or different identity details
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's code for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Abusing the luky22 bonus system through irregular wagering patterns or multi-account exploitation
• Conducting charge-backs on legitimate transactions through your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luky22 support staff or other players via any communication channel

All content available on the luky22 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, audiovisual elements, text, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of luky22 or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luky22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the luky22 platform or its content.

The luky22 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of luky22. Unauthorised use of luky22 trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or any other context — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky22, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the luky22 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, luky22 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain adequate password security
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform availability due to technical maintenance, server failures, or circumstances beyond luky22's reasonable control
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate game results or odds data caused by a third-party data feed error subsequently corrected by luky22
• Any financial loss arising from a player's personal gambling decisions, including losses incurred while using bonus funds

The luky22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luky22 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. luky22's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luky22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits that will trigger an alert or automatic logout when reached.
• Loss limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a self-exclusion period of between 1 month and 5 years via their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be opened.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be enabled to remind players of the time they have spent in a session and the net financial result of that session.

Either party may terminate a player's luky22 account at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting luky22 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
• luky22-initiated closure: luky22 may suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where the player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where luky22 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• Forfeiture on breach: Where an account is closed by luky22 due to a material breach of these Terms by the player — including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering — luky22 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds, pending investigation and applicable legal requirements.

Termination of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive account termination indefinitely.

luky22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter players' rights or obligations — luky22 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address on the player's account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Where amendments are non-material — such as minor clarifications, typographical corrections, or additions of new game-specific rule sections — these may be implemented without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Players who do not agree with any amended Terms must cease using the luky22 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the regulatory framework under which luky22 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a player and luky22, the parties agree to first seek resolution through luky22's internal complaints procedure. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a clear description of the issue and the outcome sought. luky22 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through luky22's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by luky22's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR mechanism will be provided upon request to the support team.
